Where can I find 2000baht Hookers in Bangkok without going to the dirty places (patpong,nana,soi33,soicowboy)?

Sorry but I find your question a bit dis-respectful.
If people like the places you mention is a question of taste, but they are not dirty, neither are the girls who work there. It takes people skills to determine who is good and not, just like in an office.
2,000 is not enough for most massage parlors or other “nicer” places, Thai girls do not test themselves until they notice something wrong or plan to get pregnant…
Lumpini sounds like a good choice for you, no offence meant, I just don’t know a better place to recommend you. And use your people skills if you go there
